Stewart Koziora FCA – My Story
My passion is in knowing my industry but also identifying and coaching for peak performance in operational leadership and financial discipline on a shift by shift basis.
Over the past 27 years, I’ve had a hand in opening 58 hospitality venues large & small for others, partners, myself and for my family.
I’m now in position where the banks can’t control me & my wife, also a successful entrepreneur, is now leading our businesses freeing up my time to “stay out of her way”.
Now that I have the time to focus on legacy matters, I also have the energy to assist others on their path to profitability in the hospitality industry and / or to save them from their potential financial peril.
Go on, ask me anything about hospitality .. I’ll have an opinion on it. It could save you but also it could guide you to greater returns.
“There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure”- Colin Powell
